Returns and Refunds

Have you changed your mind about your purchase? Are you not satisfied with the product received?

No problem!

Here is our returns and refunds policy:

You have 14 days from receiving the order to return the products you are not satisfied with.

To make a return:

• Write to our Whatsapp support or send an email to mystatejewels@gmail.com

• Prepare the package with the products to be returned, including the copy of the order.

• Send the package to the address indicated on the return form.

Return shipping costs are our responsibility.

Once we receive the return, we will check it and refund the order amount, excluding shipping costs.

The refund will take place within 14 days of receiving the return.

Non-returnable products:

• Products without the original packaging.

• Used products.
